We at Pacific Pools ship all of our orders via Gati, The Professional Couriers and DTDC. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped within 2 days and delivered within 7 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days.
